MARY LIMA
Founder of Círculo D - Socio-Environmental Consulting , specialist in participatory methodologies, with extensive experience with traditional communities and working throughout the country, especially in the Amazon. Social Communicator from UFPA (Pará), specialist in Adult Education from IFSP and Instructional Design from SENAC (São Paulo). Master's student in the Cultural Assets and Social Projects Course at FGV (Rio de Janeiro).
She is a facilitator and mentor in the training process for State actors in the FPIC process with the PIQCTAFs of the REDD+ Jurisdiction of the State of Pará, preparing them to conduct FPICs with indigenous, quilombola, extractive and family farming communities.
She facilitated participatory planning for 2025/2026 of the CBJC-Brazilian Center for Climate Justice and the IDEC Sustainable Consumption Program. She was a facilitator of the "Workshop for training state actors in the CLPI process with the PIQCTAF". She was one of the moderators of the exchange workshop on REDD and carbon between the Indigenous Federation of Mato Grosso and the indigenous, quilombola and extractive peoples of Pará (2024) by ISA, in Belém.
He collaborated with institutions such as the Lemann Center, OXFAM Brazil, FAS- Fundação Amazônia Sustentável, TRIAS NGO, in decolonial projects, and with the UNDP facilitating workshops in projects for traditional communities benefiting from the Floresta + Amazônia project. He was part of the team of facilitators at the Lemann Center in the educational leadership training project in Pará and Amazonas.
Associate consultant at Reos Partners Brasil, where she facilitated workshops using the CTT methodology - Transformative Future Scenarios and is currently Manager and facilitator of the project “Future Scenarios for the Black Population in Brazil”.
